When do you take the photos?
Photos are taken before a dinner or reception. We assembly the keyrings or Fridge Magnets when the guests are at dinner.
We can also provide this service after dinner but we will have to charge extra for late hours.
We always provide a 'digital download of all pictures'.

We take photos of your guests at the drinks reception
At a Wedding Drinks reception:
For many weddings where the Marriage Ceremony is either in a church or at the Hotel venue, there is usually a 3 hour period between the first guests arriving at the drinks reception area. And they are called to enter the dining room at around 5.30 to 6pm. We can take all the photos we need at this time and systematically work our way through all the guests.
We the guests have made their way into the dining room, we can start to print photos and make the keyrings and fridge magnets.
For an evening event, for example a buffet or presentation ceremony, this time would be compressed but probably more informal so catch up photos can be taken if needed.
This is where there is some sort of evening event but there maybe a drinks reception prior to either a meal, or presentation or some sort of formality. Again, guests will be arriving early to the event and we can take photos at this point.
Explain to guests what we are doing
Invite them to have their photo taken
Oblige guests with a return visit, for example, when a relation or friend is present and they would like a photo with that person.
We can make Keyrings, Fridge Magnets and print different size of photographs.
Once all the photos are taken, we can then proceed to either make, Keyrings, Frigda Magnets or actual regular photographs.
Conclusion
The drinks reception is an excellent to take photos of your guests. This is because they are lively, not bloated from a meal, and wearing great desses and suits. Also, you will find that there is more daylight to make the photos more natura. We would generally recommend taking photos at the drinks reception and if you want photo entertainment after we recomment the Selfie Booth, or a roving photographer option. The roving photographer can get with the guests there they are happy to be, either on the fance floor or at their seats or chatting to friends at the bar.
