Before and After Dinner Service for Weddings
1. Drinks Reception
We Focus on Taking photos of your guests at your Drinks Reception. There is usually a 2 - 3 hour window at the Drinks Reception to take photos.
This can be a:
a) Digital Only Service
b) Instant-Printing and Digital Service.
c) Digital/Printing service with a Memony Album of all Printed Photos availalbe to collect at reception the following morning.
2. During Dinner
We will quickly edit photos and post them to your Wedding Gallery. Your Guests will have QR Codes to download their photos, which they can share or print themselves.
For Keyring/Fridge Magnet Services, we deliver the keyrings to the guests tables.
3. After Dinner; Roving Photographer or Simple Studio
a) Simple Studio: We can continue the Photo Service, usually in a different location. We can add in Props to make it more fun. Guest will need to present themselves.
b) Roving Photographer: We can continue the service as a Roving Photographer Service. The advantage to this service is that Guests do not have to Present themselves to a photographer. We can politely approach all guests, particularly those with mobility issues, or guests who are shy.
We can finish at the begining of the first Dance or later.
There is usually a 60-90 min gap at this stage.
You can choose when to finish, for example - 12am.
From experience, the first dance tends to be later than expected.
4. Things to consider
a) Digital Only Service. This can be a Digital Only Service. This means we take photos, edit them and upload the photos to a gallery exclusive to your wedding. Guests download the photos to share, and at a later time make their own prints at the local photo shop or online.
b) OnSite Printing. We can also print the photos taken onSite. We can do this instantly as the photos are taken. But if the wedding is large, it maybe more efficient to take all the photos first, and then print during dinner. It just depends on the configuration of your wedding.
b) Memory Album. We can make a memory album. This is where we make a copy of all photos taken, place that in a nice album, and ask the guest to write a message. Again, the size of your wedding will determin if this is a one person assignment or requires a second person.
