Add a Fun Element to your Drink's Reception

What is the Drinks Reception?

At Weddings, the period after a ceremony or arrival at a hotel until the start of Dinner.
This can be between 2 to 3 hours in length.

It can also include the period after dinner until the First Dance.
At some wedding this can be up to 2 hours, if a Band has to setup.
At Evening Events, the period from from Guest Arrival to the Formal part of a night.
For example, there maybe just formal speeches or a buffet.

Digital Photoshoot

We can provide a Digital Only Service.
To make this service entertaining we can place a large screen showing the photos being taken in real time.
This will encourage guests to present for a photo and add to the social experience of the event.

We can also distribute a QR Code where guests can download their photo and use for their own purposes.

Digital Photoshoot with onSite Printing

This is the same as our Digital Photoshoot, only this time we print photos onSite for your guests.

For Weddings, we can also print extra photos that are placed in a Memory Album and signed by your guests.

The Memory Album is a two person assignment as it requires some co ordination. If you are happy not to have realtime signatures we can populate the memory album during Dinner.

With this servier are printing photos 6"x4".  in size

Portrait Studio

This is where we setup up in a location and create the equivalent of a Portrait Studio in a Photogrpahers Studio at your event. We are using 3 lights at a minimum with hair and back lights to make your guests feel like models.

Portrait Studio with onSite Printing

Again, this is the same as the portrait studio but with onsite Printing. We print after all the photos are taken as we want to focus on Portrait Standards when we are photographing your guests.
We will print a larger photo 8"x6" im a card mount. And either give them to you to distribute or we can distraibute them to your guests.

After Dinner

Photos Taken after a wedding meal or after 9pm. Usually at a Wedding, Family Gathering or Social function.

Before & After

Photography before reception followed my Roving Photographer or Automatic Photobooth until Late.

Roving Photographer

Photographer is mobile taking photos at locations around the venue. Photos are printed or uploaded to Gallery.

Basic Studio

Indoors or Outdoors with Professional Lighting using Venue or other location as a backdrop.

Studio & Background

Full Mobile Studio with Softbox Lights and Background, eg Flowerwalls, Backdrops or Greenscreen.

Keyrings

Before or after dinner, assembled and distributed. Digital Gallery Included. Photo size 35mmx45mm.
